For my third weekly challenge I drew "Surreal landscape: add something funky" so I added lemons! Jared and I went to the thrift shop, found a bag of plastic lemons, and drove around trying to find cool places to shoot landscape pictures. We ended up finding this cool dirt road where the lighting was pretty near perfect and the yellow lemons really stood out. I tried messing with the colors and saturation to make the image more surreal because I hate HDR, but I think that using HDR for this challenge could have made it much more surreal.
Omigosh! I love this! I think the different horizon line and the rule of thirds really added so much to this picture. The curve of the road adds some more softness to the picture! It's so bold and creative.
